Note: Timetable is subject to change. Please bring a towel. Please be on time as entry after warm-ups may be refused. Train within your limits. Don’t be scared to ask for help. Enjoy your workout!
- Monday to Friday: 5 am - 8 pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8 am - 12 Noon
- Public Holidays: Closed
