Overview

Have you always wanted to learn how to make a great coffee? This short course will provide you with the skills to make that great coffee and may help you gain work in the hospitality industry.

This is a hands-on, three hour course introducing participants to the skills needed to gain employment in a café or coffee shop or to simply impress all your friends. Participants will learn about a range of different coffee styles (including cappuccino, café latte and long black), preparing and presenting coffee, as well as using and maintaining an espresso machine. By the end of the course, you will be able to create and serve a professional standard beverage.
