• Curriculum Vitae
• Relevant certificates, licenses or diplomas (eg, AMEB Grade certificates, RAD Dance certificates etc.)
• Evidence of community work or volunteer activities (if any)
• Music Theatre applicants must also supply a Doctor's certificate to prove they are fit for the dance portion of the course.

Please ensure we receive all your materials prior to your audition date. Alternatively, bring them with you to your audition.

Your audition is not complete, and we will not be able to process your application in full, until we have received all of your materials.
