Tuition Fees

Domestic students who are not offered a Commonwealth supported or fee exempt place and all International students* are liable to pay Tuition Fees for each unit they are enrolled in.

Domestic students can check the Tuition Fee for each unit in the Cost per Unit section.

Full fee paying students who are Australian citizens, some New Zealand citizens who hold a Special Category Visa (SCV) and meet the long-term eligibility criteria, or the holders of Australian permanent humanitarian visas may be eligible to apply for FEE-HELP assistance for help paying their Tuition Fees. Please see the FEE-HELP page and the Study Assist web site for further information about FEE-HELP.

Information for New Zealand citizens who hold a Special Category Visa (SCV) is available at Study Assist and on the New Zealand citizens – eligibility for HELP page.

Do you need help working out your Tuition Fee? If so, please check your Fee Notice in MyCQU or the Cost per Unit table, or contact the Student Advice Team.

*International Inbound Exchange students are not charged tuition fees by CQUniversity for their CQUniversity enrolment.
