Family Wellbeing Research Partnerships
About the Research Project
This research project supports the implementation and evaluation of the Family Wellbeing (FWB) program in the communities of Yarrabah and at Lotus Glen Correctional Centre, Mareeba.
Impact
From 2021-25, several hundred people from Yarrabah and Lotus Glen participated in the Family Wellbeing program, led by skilled, trusted local facilitators. Life-changing outcomes included stories of healing, strength and new hope. Every dollar spent on FWB can return up to six times its value to stronger, safer, more empowered communities.
