Published:30 August 2021

Business and management students can expect strong future growth in Australia thanks to real-world problem solving, entrepreneurial knowledge and interpersonal skills gained from CQUniversity’s business degrees.

According to the QILT Graduate Outcomes Survey 2020, 92.2 per cent of CQUni business and management graduates secured full or part-time employment within four months of completing their degree when compared to the national average of 87.4 per cent.

CQUni Business Head of Course, Doctor Tage Andersson said that these results were directly attributed to the foundations in business in management skills that CQUniversity Bachelor of Business provides.

“Not only are students learning the fundamentals required to secure and succeed in employment, but they can also then go on to tailor their course to their interests," said Dr Andersson.

“Students also have the flexibility to choose to study a range of majors and minors that reflect both existing and emerging fields of business such as start-ups and entrepreneurship.

“Our courses are designed so that students graduate with the job-ready skills, optional work integrated learning experiences and knowledge that employers are looking for.

The CQUniversity Bachelor of Business is available to study online through its innovative online learning environment.

Alana Heathcote, who is studying online from her home base in Murray Bridge, South Australia states that online learning has been a great asset to her learning journey.

“Studying online has helped me to stay on top of my university workload and allowed me the freedom to choose when and where I studied,” she explained.

“I have been able to balance my studies around other commitments like work and family which has been really beneficial.

“Studying online has also made it easier for me to stay in touch with both friends and family since I did not have to relocate to study my course on campus.
