Jason Titman is a deserved winner of CQUniversity's Outstanding Alumnus of the Year award for 2019.

Recognised for his entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen and significant community contributions, Jason Titman (BBus, 1991) has been named the 2019 CQUniversity Outstanding Alumnus of the Year.

Mr Titman is a successful innovator and disrupter, providing start-up funding and leadership to successful e-commerce platforms and commercial property redevelopments.

The Bachelor of Business graduate started his corporate career with KPMG two decades ago, as a computer and corporate auditor, and quickly established himself as a driven and high-achieving individual who could transform, leverage and grow businesses.

After a successful stint as an astute hotelier and property investor, leading the turn-around of several nationally awarded hotel and property redevelopments, Jason turned his attention to innovation and disruption.

Jason has been a key driver in companies that have created over $300 million in value and exits for business partners, shareholders and founders.

Viewing his work-life not as a career, but as a series of projects to work with investors and founders to scale companies and help them achieve their full potential, Jason has been investing in and actively growing technology and professional services companies for the past 10 years.

Jason is currently the Managing Director of private investment business Integr8 Invest Group and also remains the Director and Chief Operating Officer of leading digital retail platform Neto eCommerce Solutions, after selling 51 per cent of the start-up to Telstra in 2015.

"With a career spanning more than 20 years, Jason has established himself as a respected thought leader, business facilitator, investor, strategist, company director and entrepreneur," says CQUniversity Alumni Relations and Advancement Manager Anthea Cuddihy.

"With his experience and skills in property development, and leadership roles at companies such as KPMG, Comalco and Norris Motor and Finance Group, Jason has become a highly sought-after keynote and panel speaker and writes editorials for a number of publications."

Mr Titman is currently Chair of the Mater Hospital Future Fund, a Board member with the Mater Hospital Foundation, a Board Member of the Moreton Colleges and the inaugural Chair of the Moreton Bay Colleges Foundation.

Jason is a keen adventurer, sports person, connoisseur of wine and art, and is kept very busy with his four children.
