Times Higher Education ranks CQUni courses among some of the best in the world

CQUniversity has once again proved it is a world-leading tertiary education institution after maintaining its position in the top 300 universities in the world for Engineering and Technology.

Today Times Higher Education (THE) announced its final Subject Rankings for 2019, ranking CQUni’s Engineering and Technology at 251-300.

CQUniversity Vice-Chancellor Professor Scott Bowman said he was pleased to see CQUni increase or maintain its positions in all subject categories of THE’s 2019 rankings.

“It’s a great testament to the high-quality of learning and teaching that we have been, and continue to provide at CQUniversity,” Prof Bowman said.

“This year we made the Times Higher Education Rankings for the subject areas of Clinical, Pre-Clinical and Health (501-600), Life Sciences (401-500), Education (301-400), Social Sciences (401-500) and Business and Economics (301-400) and today’s news that we have maintained our high Engineering and Technology ranking is a great endorsement for our courses.”

The Times Higher Education World University Rankings is the only global university performance table to judge research-intensive universities across all of their core missions including teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook.
