What are Prerequisites?

Prerequisites are the subjects required for you to study at high school to gain entry into a university course. So, it's important to spend the time now to check if there are any prerequisites for the courses you are interested in studying when you graduate high school.

To check for prerequisites, simply visit our course pages. You will find them listed in the main table that displays toward the top of the page.

Recommended Study vs Prerequisites

So, you've checked if the courses you're interested in have prerequisites. Now we encourage you to also check if the course has any recommended study. Although these subjects aren't required to get entry into your preferred course, they will better prepare you for your studies and it's recommended that you study these at high school.

Use the course button above to find any recommended study for your course of interest. You'll find recommended study listed in the same table as the prerequisites, making it easy to check for both.
