Whether you are considering university study, enhancing your employment prospects or want to upskill in your career, 2022 is the perfect time to get started. In 2022, you may be eligible to study an approved Job-Ready short course and benefit from fee savings of up to 80%.

The Australian Federal Government’s Job-Ready graduates program provides funding to universities to encourage students to consider studying a postgraduate-level short courses in areas identified as a national priority. Eligible students can apply for a Commonwealth supported place and take advantage of reduced student contribution fees in 2022.

In 2022, select graduate certificates have been approved to offer Commonwealth Supported Places presenting significant fee savings for students.

Eligible students will pay the student contribution amount, rather than full tuition fees. Click through to the course page to see the total student contribution for your course of interest, or search the units in the cost per unit schedule. Remember, funding has only been confirmed for 2022.

Our graduate certificates are available to start in Term 1 (March) with full-time and part-time study options. You can also apply to start in Term 2 (July) for some courses. Courses offered on our Be Different platform, our ultra-flexible online learning platform, can be started anytime.

Yes.  If you study a graduate certificate, you will be eligible to articulate into the related graduate diploma or masters degree, receiving credit for the four units completed.

Our approved graduate certificates are a great way to take advantage of significant fee savings in 2022, and articulate into a masters degree.

CQUniversity, in partnership with the Australian Government, has made additional Commonwealth supported places (CSP) available in 2022 for select postgraduate short courses. This means eligible students can study these courses in 2022 and pay reduced student contribution fees.

No funding has been committed for 2023 so courses commenced in 2023 will not be Commonwealth supported, and will revert to full tuition fees.
