Completion of the bksb (Basic Key Skills Builder) online literacy and numeracy assessment prior to enrolment, unless the student has completed an equal or higher level course.
Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points demonstrating potential to undertake vocational education and training at this qualification level.
Digital Literacy - The student will need to have access to the internet and the ability to:

- Download and upload documents
- Confidently manage files and documents on their computer, including organising their documents into folders, moving, copying and renaming documents
