Disability-Informed Action Plan

CQUniversity’s inaugural Disability-Informed Action Plan (DIAP) 2025 – 2028 (DIAP) acknowledges barriers experienced by people who live with disabilities, and provides a 'roadmap' to reduce challenges, so every individual can thrive, achieve, contribute and succeed at CQUniversity.

For CQUniversity, an inclusive environment is one in which all members of our community – students, staff, alumni and visitors – are empowered to meaningfully engage and reach their potential. As a dual sector university, both higher education and vocational education and training provide opportunities to break down structural, attitudinal and cultural barriers that perpetuate inequality, and we embraces this responsibility.

The DIAP demonstrates our commitment to inclusion through targeted actions and outcomes. It is designed to ensure people with disability have a transformative experience across all our course areas and disciplines.
