Got industry experience and enjoy helping others learn? You could make a great TAFE teacher.
CQUniversity has limited places available to support eligible students to complete TAE40122 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and make the career shift into teaching.Â
As a scholarship recipient, you could have your course costs covered, receive cash payments at course milestones, develop practical skills in work placements and be supported throughout your study and after graduation to help you transition into your new career.
If your scholarship application is unsuccessful, you may be considered for a low-cost TAE place, subject to eligibility and available funding. Under this initiative, a low-cost TAE place will mean your course costs are $300 and refundable on completion.Â
Measures to Strengthen the VET Workforce is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and Queensland Government. This initiative is being delivered jointly by TAFE Queensland and CQUniversity Australia.Â
