Vocational and Research Students

Vocational Students

You will be enrolled by the Course Management Team. Thereafter, you can check-in and prepare for your studies by following the below steps: 

1. Upon arrival in Australia, register for a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
2. Complete check-in by filling out the Online Check-in Form.
3. Complete any outstanding tasks in your MyCQU 'Today' view
4. Attend on-campus and speak with our Student Advisors within the Student Service SPOT to receive your ID card and access card.

Research Students

You will be enrolled by staff within the Research Division prior to your agreed start date with your supervisor. 

Please contact the Research Division once you have arrived in Australia. They will advise you of your next steps including how to request an ID card, your office location and your fees. 

Our Student Advisors are also happy to assist with any questions you may have about living and studying in Australia.
