Each course has its own academic and English language requirements. These make sure you have the right skills to succeed in the course. You can find more details about these requirements below.

You will also need to meet the Genuine Student requirement set by the Australian Government Department of Home Affairs as part of your student visa application.

If you are under 18 years old, you may need to wait until you turn 18 before starting at CQUniversity. 

If you are under 18 years old and studying in Australia on a student visa, you must have approved welfare arrangements for your stay. This means living with a nominated guardian approved by the Department of Home Affairs. This can be your parent, a legal custodian, or a relative who is over 21 years old and of good character.
