Refund Request Forms and Refund Policies
To apply for a refund, complete the appropriate Refund Request form/s. For students on Metropolitan campuses, please submit these to your Campus Administration for processing. For all other students, please submit these via email to Student Fees. Information about refunds is available on page 2 of the Refund Request form.
