Degree-level Students
Degree-level students should check their Offer Letter to confirm the type of place they have been offered as this determines which fees apply to their enrolment. Students offered
- Commonwealth supported places are liable to pay Student Contributions;
- domestic full-fee places are liable to pay Tuition Fees;
- international full-fee places are liable to pay International Tuition Fees.
In addition to these fees, degree-level students pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee. NOTE: Some students who are exempt from paying Student Contributions and Tuition Fees, e.g. Research Higher Degree candidates, will be required to pay a Student Services and Amenities Fee.
Fees are calculated upon enrolment and recalculated after any enrolment change made prior to census date. Fees are also recalculated after administrative changes or updates are made to a student record, e.g. changes to citizenship status or Fee Liability Category.
Once calculated, fees can be viewed in MyCQU. Sign in with your Student ID and password, visit your Profile in the top corner and then select the Finances tab. Your current total balance and payment due dates can be accessed from the Finance Summary section. This will display your student account for the term as well as options to make a payment.
PLEASE NOTE that paper Fee Notices are not issued by CQUniversity – students must access their Fee Notices in MyCQU.
