Exploring the exercise behaviours among pregnant women

This proposed proposal will examine exercise behaviours among pregnant women. Specifically, this project will examine the exercise intensities at which women engage in exercise during their pregnancy and track pregnancy, birth and postpartum health outcomes of mother and child. Qualitative and quantitative research methods will be used to address these research questions. The applicant should be passionate about improving women's health and/or exercise/physical activity.
