I have been through tough times to be where I am today. Getting accepted for this scholarship was an acknowledgment for all my hard work and dedication. I am using the amount I’m receiving from this scholarship to pay for my expenses, so I can focus more on my studies and achieve better results.

The opportunity to be an Australia Awards Scholar has been an exciting yet challenging experience both academically and socially. Upon completion of my studies, I plan to return to my paradise, Papua New Guinea and contribute to improving higher education with ICT as a facilitating tool. I foresee opportunities once considered as impossible to be achievable as a student on my way to be a modern educator and leader.
