Scholarships are awarded to recognise strong academic performance and innovation as well as enable better access so that students can reach their full potential and build on their education aspiration. This aspect of financial support is a key feature in the University's holistic provision of services to international students and will strengthen our standing as Australia's most accessible and inclusive university. Every year the University provides approximately AU$12 million worth of scholarships to support international students.
Scholarships are available from CQUniversity, the Australian government and external organisations. We encourage you to apply for any scholarship or funding you are eligible for.

‘My experience at CQUniversity has been wonderful. The staff are very helpful, right from the time I arrived on campus. They support me not only academically, but personally as well. My studies at CQUniversity have given me the knowledge and confidence in managing people in the workplace which was my desired outcome when choosing a university to study my postgraduate course.’
