I chose CQUniversity because the tuition fee is not too high, and there is welfare available for overseas students. It’s a good place to live and study. The campus is in the city, and it only takes five minutes to walk to the station. I especially enjoy the excursions. I like to go to the beach because of the beautiful scenery. The teachers always help me. They provide examples so it’s easy for us to understand.

CQUEnglish classes help prepare me for my master's degree. Outside class, we also visit Sydney’s popular landmarks, such as Darling Harbour and the Opera House. CQUEnglish teachers always encourage us to socialise and work together. They are friendly and always open for questions. We improve our English language skills in class by completing tasks, playing different kinds of games and communicating with teachers who are native speakers.

Studying at CQUniversity has helped me get new experiences. It provides a good level of education, the weather in Sydney is nice and the city is very safe and convenient. I really want to thank my teachers for putting in effort and being patient with me throughout my studies. When I have questions they always help me and encourage me. When my confidence is low, my teacher always says, ‘Don’t give up, I believe you can do it!’ This is one of the reasons why I feel very happy in class and I learn a lot of new skills. When we finish our tests, our teacher always takes us on excursions. I have made a lot of new friends from different counties and I can improve my English skills.
