University Experience is a free, one-day on-campus event that gives Year 12 students the chance to explore their post-high school options, including higher education degrees and TAFE courses. It also allows students to experience a day in the life of a CQUniversity student, helping them make informed decisions about their future.
During the day, students can:
- Experience two course areas of interest and take part in hands-on activities led by CQU teaching staff and current students
- Explore the campus and discover CQUniversity’s student support services, while enjoying a fun, interactive day
- Get a real taste of student life, whether on campus or online, with a personalised timetable, a campus tour, and the chance to chat with current students about their experiences
Date: Friday, 6 March 2026
Time: The event will run from 9 am to 2 pm, with registration from 8.30 am.
Transport: Schools are responsible for coordinating transport arrangements for students.
Supervision: All high school students must be supervised by a school representative.
