Consultant in leadership and learning

Founding Director

Having built an extensive career in school leadership as a teacher, Deputy Principal, Principal, and Lead Principal, I chose to pursue my Master of Learning Management, Psychology, and PhD at CQUniversity to study under Neuroeducationalist Professor Ken Purnell. My doctoral work on brain science was awarded the Paul Anderson Prize for the most outstanding thesis of the academic year, capping off eight higher-education qualifications that set the foundation for my current global consulting practice.

Today, I travel weekly across Australia, the USA, Canada, and Asia to advise system leaders and schools on leadership influence, learning impact, neuroaffirming strategies, and brain power in the age of AI. Alongside my consulting, I authored the book Influence (Amba Press), received the ACEL Leadership New Voice Award, and serve as the school guide for the international project For Humanity Now alongside brain scientist Dr. Evian Gordon.

A career highlight includes keynote addresses at major international forums, including the prestigious LEAD Conference in Banff, Canada, as well as engagements in Hawaii and Los Angeles. Outside of my global travel and brain science research, I stay grounded by walking daily, collecting sea glass, and photographing wildlife to capture the natural beauty of the world.
