Rita Lessa

Rita says that her studies provided her with guidelines on best business practices and how to be a true leader. After graduation, Rita returned to her home country, Brazil, and started managing her family’s company. After a few months, she was offered an opportunity at a Software as a Service (SaaS) company called Infobip. She started off as an account manager, was then promoted to a leadership position, and is now the global programs manager.

Rita is responsible for driving high-impact initiatives across the breadth of the mid-market organisation for prospects and customers, and the delivery of programs aligned to the global mid-market plan, including design initiatives, implementing tools, process creation and quality execution.
