Sheri Anne is a full-time senior sonographer with 15 years of experience in ultrasound scanning and 25 years in the radiology industry, including a background in nuclear medicine and frontline management. She currently works at I-Med Radiology Network.
Sheri Anne decided to undertake further studies to stay relevant and current. She chose CQUniversity's Master of Medical Ultrasound program to develop relationships with academics and key stakeholders in the radiology industry. She also wanted to develop her knowledge in using different platforms to conduct online workshops.
Sheri Anne's studies improved her skills in preparing and delivering presentations and collaborating with others to organise meetings. After graduating, she was chosen to participate in I-Med's Ultrasound Subject Matter Group. Sheri Anne was also invited to take part in the pilot Sonographer Training Program at I-Med. Being a clinical supervisor/tutor sonographer for students has been a rewarding experience for her.
