Belinda Donaldson

Before studying with CQUniversity, I was an administrator within a valuation company, searching for a career. My manager encouraged me to complete a property degree. I chose CQU as many of the valuers in my company had taken the same path.

After completing my degree, I commenced work as a graduate valuer, training and performing all the duties of a valuer under the supervision and instruction of a senior staff member. I then completed my Certified Practising Valuer accreditation, further developing my skills as a commercial specialist and expanding into depreciation, multi-occupancy residential and insurance valuations. 

My degree has assisted in my being able to competently and confidently perform my duties as a professional.
