Bradley is employed as a Child and Family Consultant at Act for Kids. In this role, he supports parents intersecting with child protection through the investigation phase to improve the safety, security, and wellbeing of the children in the home. This role includes advocacy, completing assessments and providing a range of brief interventions. Previously, he has been a youth worker and senior case manager for children in care and a child safety officer.

Motivated to make a positive difference in the lives of others, Bradley was immediately drawn to the idea of social work. CQUni offered flexibility through distance learning, which meant he could work and parent simultaneously.

Bradley believes his degree has supported him to apply and obtain a number of roles that align with his professional interests. More recently, he has worked with families systemically to make a positive difference in building safety and protection for children in the home.
