Justin began his career in a stat testing laboratory and, after three years, became laboratory supervisor (supervising scientist) at Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology in Mackay.
Justin's day to day work involves the diagnostic testing of bodily fluids along with record keeping and document control. He is responsible for a small team of 11 scientists and ancillary staff that process hundreds of specimens a day.
Justin decided to undertake study as he wanted to broaden his knowledge whilst improving the opportunity for career progression. He feels he would not be where he is today without his qualification.
