Eunice Eva

Eunice is a Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Hastings Deering Papua New Guinea Limited. With over 10 years of experience, Eunice worked in various positions in inventory, purchasing, project engineering, mechanical engineering, technical service supervising (Manager).

Eunice wanted to further her education as most of her professional peers were doing so too. She wanted to be a role model to women and girls in Papua New Guinea to always strive for the best. She chose CQUniversity because of the ideal location and the world class educational programs it offers.

As the Continuous Improvement Project Manager, Eunice engages in mentorship, and along with project leads, she participates in project management activities using the Caterpillar Production System, Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies.

Eunice feels her master's degree has helped her utilise project management skills, time management, and the ability to research whilst giving credit to other people's work. It has given her the confidence to work on an international scale in harmony with people of different ethnicities and cultures.
