Natalia is the Director and Management Consultant at Versa Consulting, which she opened after completing her degree. Since moving to Australia, she has primarily worked in government and recruitment.
With a business background, Natalia knows that improving the quality of organisations was always her passion, so she decided to come to Australia to do her postgraduate degree. She chose CQUni as she felt it was the best in terms of cost-benefit.
The Master of Human Resource Management course provided Natalia with the knowledge to understand how everything is connected. In terms of internal staff, employee retention, training, motivation, and productivity and how it can reflect on KPI's to improve business results.
