Annette Sommerville is the Health Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager at Prime Constructions. She was attracted to CQUni's Occupational Health and Safety course because of the convenience of being able to study from home, and because of its high reputation.
Annette's degree has completely changed her career path. Since completing the course, Annette has moved into the safety and quality fields and is loving every day of her job. Annette recently completed her Masters of Engineering (Human Factors).
In 2019, Annette won the Master Builders Queensland Women in Building Award for Far North Queensland and went on to win the state award. This award from the peak industry association representing building and construction in Queensland shows Annette's commitment to and talent in the building industry.
