Felix Parker

Studying at CQUniversity provided Felix with the flexibility and academic support needed to balance his studies alongside various professional, volunteer, and personal commitments. This supportive learning environment allowed him to achieve his academic goals while remaining actively engaged in his community, developing the research capabilities and foundational skills essential for collaborating with world-class academics.

Since graduating, Felix has continued to build an impactful career within CQUniversity's research ecosystem. He plays a vital role across research administration, research ethics, and student development, applying his degree to support high-impact projects and foster the university's academic community.

In his current multifaceted role, Felix serves as the Coordinator for the Motivation of Health Behaviours Lab, where he mentors and assists undergraduate students in gaining hands-on research experience. Additionally, he works as a Research Administration Officer supporting the internationally recognized 10,000 Steps health initiative and acts as an Ethics Administration Officer guiding the operations of both the Human Research Ethics Committee and the Animal Ethics Committee. Through these positions, Felix continues to drive research excellence, student mentorship, and ethical standards across the university.
