Di (Dean) Xu

I am a Product Manager at Zhejiang Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co Ltd in China. My role includes marketing analysis, sales promotions, brand planning and customer management. A personal work highlight was when my product received an award from Otsuka across the Asia and Arab regions.

I chose to study an MBA with CQUniversity to improve my management skills, language communication skills and logical thinking ability. My degree also helped me build a professional network and update my knowledge of business analysis tools.

Alongside my professional role, I actively participate in activities with the Australia China Alumni Association, supporting recent graduates returning from Australia as they build their work skills and adapt to corporate culture and workplace systems in China.

I am also continuing to learn about emerging artificial intelligence technologies and how they can be applied in pharmaceutical marketing. This includes exploring ways to improve information collection within the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Marketing Department and support greater consistency in promotional materials.
