Catherine is a highly experienced executive with over 30 years in the transport and logistics industry. She has held senior C-suite roles, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Team Global Express, where she led a workforce of 7,000 employees and 5,000 subcontractors, overseeing the nationwide movement of freight ranging from small parcels to full container loads.
Prior to this, Catherine was the Chief Operating Officer at Metro Trains Melbourne, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the metropolitan rail network, ensuring safe, reliable, and customer-focused service delivery. Catherine is also an accomplished company director and currently serves as Chair of the Board at Industry Skills Australia.
She holds a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Graduate Diploma in Intermodal Freight Systems Management.
