Ramesh completed his Master of Business Administration in November 2009. Ramesh accessed the wide range of student support provided by CQUniversity, from academic assistance to student support and assistance with career progress.
Skills developed through his degree and his professional experience resulted in Ramesh being highly skilled in driving strategy, financial planning, investment and portfolio management, Financial models and financial forecasting of banks and blue chip congregates, and business analysis. Until 2025, he worked for NDB Securities, first as a Senior Investment Advisor, and then as a Business Consultant.
More recently he has started his own business providing financial literacy services, helping clients to develop financial independence. Ramesh strongly believes in supporting his fellow citizens, and now does a lot of work on a volunteer basis providing pro bono services.
Ramesh is a CQU Alumni Ambassador supporting potential, current and former members of the CQU community with any questions they may have about the study experience or about Sri Lanka.
