In 2005, I embarked on a new academic endeavour by enrolling in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) course at CQ University (CQU). The MBA added immense value to my professional life, providing me with a robust skill set that would prove pivotal in my career transition. Prior to my MBA, I had established myself in the education sector, working as a teacher and vice principal. However, in 2010, I decided to make a bold career move into the corporate world. I joined Vodafone as a Territory Manager, a role that allowed me to apply my academic knowledge and leadership skills in a new context. My tenure at Vodafone was marked by significant accomplishments, which paved the way for my next career leap. I transitioned to Digicel Fiji as a Regional Sales Manager, where I further honed my management and strategic skills. My experience at Digicel was transformative, enabling me to understand the intricacies of market dynamics and sales strategies.

In 2015, I achieved a significant milestone in my career by being appointed as the CEO of Vodafone in the Pacific. This role has been the pinnacle of my professional journey, allowing me to leverage my extensive background in education, sales, and management to lead a telecommunications company.
