Steph is a highly organised project coordinator with extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector, currently serving as Senior Project Coordinator at the Nossal Institute for Global Health, University of Melbourne.

In this role, she enhances the Institute's strategic direction by expanding funding relationships and partnerships, and developing new systems for improved efficiency. Steph also supports in the development, preparation and execution of funding submissions and the management of the Institute’s portfolio of contracts.

Steph's career spans various sectors including education, family violence, and homelessness, and she has contributed significantly to biodiversity conservation through her work with the Haribon Foundation in the Philippines. Steph believes in using her skills to create a positive impact on the planet and understands the role of empowering and assisting communities to be able to achieve a more sustainable environment.

Steph holds a Master’s degree in Project Management with High Distinction at Central Queensland University, and was the recipient of the Associate Vice President Region Medal for Victoria in 2022.
