Angela Redshaw

Before I started at CQU I wasn't working very much as I was caring for a family member. I came to a point that I wanted to do something but I wasn't sure what. I firstly thought of psychology but then changed my mind after meeting with a career advisor and went into Accounting instead. I have a business background from doing a Cert 2 in Business and Cert 3 in Business Administration. I decided on CQU because the campus is in the town I live in and I could attend the STEPS classes there to maximize the help I received.

In my current job I process payroll and perform a general administration role. Since graduating I have completed a Diploma of Government through TAFE QLD and am about to start Community Justice Services (Justice of the Peace [Qualified]), then I am starting a Graduate Certificate in Taxation Practice.
