I was a nervous kid, with no self confidence and never thought I was good enough to attend university. It wasn't until I had done a certificate IV in Training and Assessment I felt I was good enough. 

Now I am the Manager of an Information Technology (IT) Managed Service Provider (MSP), working as systems administrator for various clients. I troubleshoot back-up domains for large companies who use our product, and troubleshoot any issues they encounter when using the software the company sells. 

It is always nice to have a degree. Sometimes it not the knowledge it provides that gets you the job, it's the fact you could stick with one thing for long enough to get your degree.
