CQUniversity graduates can join the Industry Connect Program to mentor current students; or receive mentoring from fellow alumni.

Mentoring is a valuable way to give back. Mentors help students prepare for their careers while also strengthening their own coaching, leadership and mentoring skills. Mentees gain industry insights and build networks to support their professional growth.

Watch a short video to hear an experienced mentor share the convenience and benefits of online mentoring.

Getting started as a mentor is simple. Sign up and create your profile in just a few minutes. You can link your calendar or manually set your availability. Once you have highlighted your areas of experience and selected how to receive meeting requests (email or sms notifications), you publish your profile and you're all set. Mentees can then message you through the system to request video-conference consultations, ensuring a safe and easy experience.
