Small Business Micro-Credentials

Small Business micro-credentials are a suite of five FREE non-accredited micro-credentials. These short, sharp, highly focused courses have been designed specifically for small business owners, decision-makers and those who intend to start their own business.

Endorsed by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland (CCIQ) and funded by the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training, these micro-credentials allow learners to rapidly recognise their capabilities, identify their development needs and future-proof themselves in an increasingly changing world. Of course, for small business owners, future-proofing isn’t just about individual development. It’s also about the ability to inject real, actionable knowledge directly into your own business, and share that knowledge and development with your workforce.

CQU recognises that each business owner has their own unique development needs. With this in mind, five stand-alone micro-credentials have been developed.
