This course covers the advanced skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve espresso coffee, including:  assessing coffee extractions, factors that affect the extraction rate, setting and adjusting the grinder, advanced milk texturising, the coffee industry, including coffee cultivation, processing, roasting and blending.

All classes will commence from 5pm - 8pm at Willby's Training Restaurant, Building B, Room 1.22.

Whilst on-campus, students must wear closed in shoes. Strictly no thongs or open sandals permitted. Students should also bring pen and paper to the class.
