This non-accredited short course covers the advanced skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve espresso coffee, including:  assessing coffee extractions, factors that affect the extraction rate, setting and adjusting the grinder, advanced milk texturising, the coffee industry, including coffee cultivation, processing, roasting and blending.
