Community care workers face various challenges when working with clients who display behaviours of concern such as aggression. Providing professional care to clients who may cause harm to themselves, the worker and/or to others can be difficult and very stressful. This online micro-credential provides an overview of common purposes and triggers associated with aggressive behaviour. Students will also learn some practical tips and strategies to help deal with challenging behaviours and maintaining positive relationships.
