This online Short Course outlines the immediate and life-saving interventions to provide to diabetic patients experiencing an abnormal Blood Sugar Level (BSL), and management of anomalies. A basic recap of the types of diabetes and the management of each type is provided.

- Recall the types of diabetes and standardised management of each
- Describe the physiological responses to the patient experiencing an unstable episode of diabetes
- Outline appropriate front lines interventions in the management of the diabetic patient.
