Overview
This online micro-credential will prepare you for the role of data wrangler on a film set. You will learn how to manage data files from cameras and sound recorders, transfer and back up files securely, check file integrity, manage metadata, convert files into multiple formats, collaborate effectively, maintain equipment, prepare data-handling logs, and troubleshoot technical issues. This micro-credential involves 3 hours of online self-paced study. Upon successful completion of this training, you will be awarded a non-credit-bearing micro-credential and digital badge that can be shared on your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio. You will also be eligible to enrol in the studio-based micro-credential Data Wrangling: Studio Application. Micro-credential
Duration:3 hours of online self-paced learning. Students can access the micro-credential for one year from enrolment.

Requirements
This micro-credential is intended for job-seekers or existing workers aged 15 years of age or over, who permanently reside in Queensland, and who are either Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens, or eligible visa holders (https://desbt.qld.gov.au/training/providers/inclusive/visa-eligibility).
