In 2017, Cameron Stevenson was part of the second cohort to graduate from CQUniversity's Bachelor of Podiatry Practice. Cameron graduated with Honours and was also part of the first group of students to use the second stage of the CQUni Health Clinic Building.

Before completing his degree, Cameron was working in nursing. Looking for a change, Cameron was drawn to podiatry at CQUni as he believes it was well set up, he liked the idea of the new course with small student numbers and he was able to receive hands-on learning and advice from teaching staff.

After graduating, Cameron worked as a podiatrist in Bundaberg for 18 months. He now runs his own podiatry business in the Banana Shire region. Cameron has become sought after for Aged Care Facilities, crediting his previous nursing experience and knowledge as invaluable to interact with residents. Cameron is very passionate about his career and is grateful for his experience to become what he wanted to be.
