Selina Woodholme

After a few years of working in administration roles, Selina saw a clear career path in administration and business. To advance her career, she chose to study business at CQUniversity. Selina chose CQU for its flexible online delivery that allowed her to fit study around work.

After graduation, Selina progressed from administration to management roles and managed a team of 14 staff across four locations. Some of the highlights of her career include positively influencing her staff to create one cohesive team and steering them successfully through the global pandemic. Selina's degree helped her gain the skills and knowledge to become a successful manager and grow her career in other areas within her organisation.

Selina currently works as an analyst for CQUniversity. Her job involves reviewing data and getting it ready to submit to various stakeholders, working to positively influence the organisation and maintain key networks across the University's footprint.
