Thilini had seven years of experience as an auditor and assistant accountant in Sri Lanka before she decided to move to Australia for higher education and career development. She chose CQUniversity because of its high employability rate.
Thilini got her first job in Australia through her internship, which was part of her degree. In her last semester, she selected a Business Internship as one of her elective subjects. Just before completing her internship, Thilini secured a permanent position with the organisation. She is now employed as an auditor at Connect National Audit, providing auditing assurance services to their clients.
