Mohammed is an IT Support Professional with an extensive background in project management, hardware and software troubleshooting and issue resolution gained from numerous years of employment in IT support settings.
He currently works for GroundProbe as the Coordinator of Facilities and IT Support. GroundProbe is a global leader in technology for measuring and monitoring geohazards. His role includes providing high quality facility and ICT support services to all teams in the GroundProbe corporate office, and reporting in the company's IT Management System (ITMS) to enable analysis of major or reoccurring ICT related faults.
Since finishing his degree, he has new responsibilities as a member of the Company Emergency Response team.
