Stephen is currently a Senior Lecturer at Torrens University and a Postgraduate Lecturer at the International College of Management. Since finishing his Master of Business Administration (MBA), he has progressed to teaching postgraduates in a number of higher education institutions.
Stephen began a Doctor of Philosophy in 2016 and is approaching his final thesis submission. The topic is ‘customer perceptions of robotic service in the hotel environment'.
Working in hospitality for 17 years, Stephen ran bars, nightclubs and boutique hotels. He always wanted to move into lecturing and felt getting an MBA with CQUni was the ideal way to achieve this.
