Leesa Gibbs

Over the course of my career, I have had varied roles, including as a Community Development Officer for a not-for-profit organization, Property Manager, and Medical Receptionist. I had various qualifications, such as an Advanced Diploma in Frontline Management, a Cert IV Training & Assessment; and Mediation Skills Training. I decided I wanted to study Psychology to understand the human mind and our behaviours.

After graduation I continued to work part time in an administrative role until I secured a full-time position. My degree enabled me to apply for a position that needed a degree qualification and has provided me with an understanding of human nature.
